Staff was friendly. The whole process from start to finish was a smooth ride. I ended up with a Kicks which I am enjoying. The only issue that could be improved on is the drivers arm rest. It could be longer and wider. I don’t know why the made it so small. They should produce something that could slip over the existing one to increase the size.
